What I work on

Production operations

Reliability and availability of four production applications and the services behind them.

Incident response

P1/P2 triage across application, database, Kubernetes, networking and cloud layers, then the root-cause write-up.

Observability

Datadog monitors, dashboards and alert design tuned for signal rather than volume.

Automation

Python for dashboard and monitor provisioning, Azure resource screening, and weekly incident reporting.

Cloud infrastructure

Azure and GCP, Kubernetes on AKS and GKE, Docker, Terraform, Linux and CI/CD.

Incident communication

Running bridge calls and retrospectives, and keeping engineering and stakeholders on the same picture.

  • Support the reliability and availability of 4 production applications and multiple services, with a primary focus on production operations and infrastructure.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, investigating and resolving P1/P2 production incidents across application, database, Kubernetes, networking and cloud infrastructure layers.
  • Design, maintain and optimize Datadog monitors, dashboards, alerts and observability for production services.
  • Perform root-cause analysis of production incidents and implement reliability improvements that reduce operational risk and improve service stability.
  • Work hands-on with Azure, GCP/GKE, Kubernetes/AKS, Docker, Terraform, Linux and CI/CD as part of cloud and production operations.
  • Develop Python automation for Datadog dashboard and monitor creation, Azure resource screening, and automated weekly incident reporting.
  • Executed Datadog service-account migration and API-key rotation across production and non-production environments.
  • Facilitate incident bridge calls and retrospectives, coordinating technical investigation, communication and follow-up actions.

Automated Recognition of Harmonic Patterns in Candlestick Charts: A Comparative Study of Machine Learning and Deep Learning Approaches

A study of automated harmonic-pattern recognition in candlestick charts built on historical Dhaka Stock Exchange data. Decision Tree, Random Forest, AdaBoost, MLP-1 and MLP-2 were compared on binary classification; MLP-2 gave the highest reported accuracy of the five.
